Please note:
- There will be NO PARKING on the street. The speed limited
55 MPH, as it is used for an emergency route for EMS
and the Fire Department.
- Sometimes, cars exceed the speed limit
on S. Salem St. /Old US HWY-1. Please do not park
along the street, as we do not want anyone to get
hurt.
- Please make sure NOT to block in any drive area or
park in a handicapped area.
- It is STRONGLY recommended that you do NOT speed.
Apex Police routinely patrol the area as people
speed to ensure the safety of children.
Coming from Raleigh/Cary- US-1
South - Exit 95 / 55 West toward Apex.

Take the NC-55 W exit toward APEX. McDonald's
will be on your right.

Turn RIGHT onto E WILLIAMS ST/NC-55.

Turn LEFT onto S SALEM ST (just
after Railroad trestle).

S. SALEM ST becomes OLD US-1.

The Soccer Fields will be on your
left (approx
3.5 mi).

Coming from Apex/Cary/Morrisville/Durham.

Take the NC-55 E exit toward Apex/Fuquay
Varina.

Turn RIGHT onto S SALEM ST (just
after Railroad trestle).

S. SALEM ST becomes OLD US-1.

Short Cut Coming from Cary/Raleigh/Holly
Springs/Garner

Take the NC-55 E exit toward Apex.

Turn RIGHT at the light onto APEX PEAK
WAY

Turn RIGHT onto S. HUGHES ST. The entrance
to Super Wal-Mart will be in front of you, with the
store being on your left. You will see a retirement home
on your right.

The speed limit is 35MPH and strictly
enforced.

Turn LEFT onto JAMES ST.

At the stop sign, you will see Apex Elementary.
Turn RIGHT onto TINGEN Rd.

Cross over the Rail Road tracks, and
turn LEFT onto S. SALEM ST.
